Join Stephanie Javaheri, Dawn Ellis, Tamar Kahn, and Meghan Jones for our second annual day retreat on Cape Cod.

Hosted in Tamar’s beautiful East Falmouth home, Sacred Nurture is an intentional day designed to help you soften, slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women.

Together, we have thoughtfully created a day that honors the sacred importance of nurturing ourselves. Each of us brings a unique offering to the experience: Stephanie will guide us through uplifting yoga, Dawn will offer Reiki-infused practices to support restoration and balance, Tamar will lead a creative experience designed to awaken curiosity and wonder, and Meghan will offer a deeply restorative sound bath to help us settle into presence and ease.
