Set in a beautiful private home in East Falmouth, Sacred Nurture is an intentional day designed to help you soften, slow down, receive, and reconnect with yourself in the company of other women.

So much of life asks us to give, hold, plan, and care for others. This retreat is an invitation to set those responsibilities down for a while and allow yourself to be nurtured.

Together, we will create space to pause and tend to our inner landscape through movement, creativity, reflection, connection, and rest. Throughout the day, you’ll be supported in coming home to yourself while enjoying the healing power of community.
