Return to Yourself: Yoga, Reiki and Sound Bath

Take a pause from the demands of daily life and give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

This deeply restorative evening begins with gentle grounding practices and slow, accessible yoga designed to help you settle into your body, quiet the noise of the day, and cultivate a greater sense of presence. Throughout the practice, you’ll receive hands-on Reiki to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.

We will then transition into an extended restorative savasana, where you’ll be invited to simply rest while being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Additional Reiki will be offered during this time, creating space for deep relaxation, renewal, and restoration.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. This experience is appropriate for all levels and is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
