Reset & Renewal with Sound Bath

Take a pause from the demands of daily life and give yourself permission to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

This deeply restorative evening begins with gentle grounding practices and slow, accessible yoga led by Stephanie Javaheri, designed to help you settle into your body, quiet the noise of the day, and cultivate a greater sense of presence. Throughout the practice, Dawn Ellis will offer hands-on Reiki to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system regulation.

We’ll then transition into an extended restorative savasana, where you’ll simply rest while being immersed in a soothing sound bath led by Meghan Jones, featuring crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Additional Reiki will be offered during this time, creating space for deep relaxation, renewal, and restoration.
