7 Week Support Group runs on Tuesdays, March 2 - April 13 from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Learn about the important developments your baby is experiencing in the early days and months of infancy while also tending to your own transition into motherhood. This group offers a grounded, supportive space to explore your questions, take in information, and begin to sort through all that you’re being told, so you can discover what truly feels right for you.

Together, we create an honest, nonjudgmental environment where everything can be talked about, the beautiful, the overwhelming, and the moments that don’t quite match what you expected. You don’t need to have the answers here. You can change your mind, ask anything, and be supported as you find your own way.
