Join us for a 6-session, mom-centric yoga series designed for postpartum mamas to catch a breath, move gently, begin building back strength, and feel seen and supported.
Because this is a series, you’ll have the chance to see the same moms week after week, get to know one another, and build connections that can continue beyond class. Stay and chat, grab coffee together afterward, exchange numbers, and begin building your community during this new season of motherhood.
Babies are welcome just as they are, snoozing, crying or fussing, needing to feed, or only happy in your arms. And bonus: Jenny is always happy to enjoy some baby snuggles if that gives you a few moments to breathe or move on your own.
We’ll work to ease tension, support postpartum recovery, rebuild strength, and help you reconnect with yourself—all alongside…
