Join us for a gentle, deeply relaxing 45-minute Mom & Baby Sound Bath, designed for mothers and their non-crawling babies. This nurturing session offers a chance to slow down, calm your nervous system, and receive in community.
You’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls with hands-on Reiki offered to moms. Babies naturally receive Reiki as well, creating a peaceful, regulating experience for both of you. The lights will be low, and the space will feel cozy and unhurried.
Bring a yoga mat, blankets, and anything that helps you feel comfortable. Feeding, soothing, resting, and holding your baby are all welcome. After the session, you’re invited to stay for coffee and tea and enjoy a relaxed, non-rushed exit.
If you’re curious about sound healing or Reiki or simply craving a moment of rest and restoration this is a beautiful way to try something new with your baby.
