Mama To Be

Wednesdays, November 11 - December 9 (skipping 11/25) from 6:30-8:00pm

Mama to Be is a four-week support group for women preparing to welcome their first baby, whether through pregnancy, adoption, surrogacy, or another path to motherhood.

Every journey into motherhood is different, and this group is designed to make space for each person’s unique experience. It’s about building early community and having a supportive place to talk through both the practical and emotional sides of becoming a mother.

Together, we’ll explore topics like navigating work and leave, choosing childcare and pediatricians, preparing for life with a new baby, communicating with family and partners, and thinking through postpartum or early-parenthood support and visitors. We’ll also make space for conversations that may look different depending on your path, whether that’s pregnancy and physical changes, preparing for adoption or surrogacy, navigating uncertainty, or figuring out what support will feel most helpful to you.
