Mama To Be

Mama to Be is a four-week pregnancy group for people expecting their first baby.

This group is about building early community and having a place to talk through both the practical and emotional sides of this transition. Together, we’ll explore topics like navigating work and leave, choosing childcare and pediatricians, feeling good (or not so good) in your changing body, nutrition and pregnancy side effects, communicating with family and partners, and thinking through postpartum support and visitors. Just as importantly, there’s room to talk about identity, who you are now, who you’re becoming, and what this moment feels like emotionally. You don’t need to come with answers, just curiosity and a desire to connect.

Our next 4 week group runs Thursdays, March 19, 26 and April 9, 16 from 6:30-8:00pm
