Expectant and New Dads Group

Are you an expectant dad or a dad with a baby 0–12 months old? Join us for a monthly gathering created just for dads and dads-to-be.

Becoming a father is one of life’s biggest transitions, yet many dads find themselves navigating it with little support or connection to others going through the same experience. While moms are often encouraged to build community, dads are frequently expected to figure things out on their own.

This group offers a welcoming space to connect with other fathers while also benefiting from thoughtful facilitation and conversation. Each gathering includes opportunities to share experiences, ask questions, explore common challenges, and discuss the realities of fatherhood in an honest and supportive environment.
