Becoming Again: Preparing for Postpartum the Second (or Third) Time

A two-part gathering for expectant mothers who are preparing to welcome another baby and want a space to reflect, connect, and prepare emotionally for this next chapter of motherhood.

Each session offers guided conversation, shared stories, and practical tools to ease the transition from one to two—or more—children. Together, we’ll reflect on your previous postpartum experiences, process lingering emotions or anxiety, and explore ways to cultivate a more supported and intentional postpartum period this time around.

This is a warm, confidential space for honesty, laughter, community building and collective wisdom, a reminder that each baby brings a new beginning, and that you are not alone as you grow your family and yourself.

(2 sessions, 90 minutes each; facilitated by Dawn Ellis, LICSW)
